N Texas Hello from Vagabond

I've been to NC for Scout and RTO; both excellent, and of course I've truly enjoyed AP and passed on the info to everyone who might be interested.
I'm not a vet but have spent far more than my wife knows about on training.
We are in the DFW area in which the suburbs are largely red, while Dallas is as blue as it comes as far as the powers that be.
Fitness is a huge interest, and while I'm in the geezer category I damn sure take fitness seriously.
