Pouches

I'm sure this is a crazy question, but any thoughts on making pouches for HF radios? Something padded, with room for accessories. Like the CTX-10 and the X6100. There are NO really good options that I can find beyond Apache cases and I think the market would snap them up. Lot of guys and POTA hams are looking for something less bulky than a hard case. Something so you can do shack in a pouch. Maybe I'm crazy.

An off the shelf option might be something like camera bags/pouches for larger cameras and lenses. Something like:

https://www.amazon.com/USBAGTECH-Camera ... 07BXK3N56/

https://www.amazon.com/Koolertron-Shock ... 00F27IEF4/

https://www.amazon.com/S-ZONE-Waterproo ... 075WSCR1W/

Photographers have a lot of need for padded bags and pouches for their equipment. I've been using a telephoto lens pouch for my pvs-14 to give it some protection. Unfortunately I don't yet have a X6100 though so this is spitballing on my end.

I no shit have my IC-705 in one of those high-end battery backup car jumper cases. It fits all my wires etc the only thing it doesn't fit is my tuner. Currently everything is in a falcon II radio pack so I can take just the radio out for training.

I use this British bag from Coleman's Military Surplus. It's padded and waterproof.

A few places sell a British DPM padded case. A little bog for 6100, though.
