Missouri resident, just finished first reading of guerillas guide to Baofeng. Now to go back and really study. I am hoping to attend RTO training in Mo. soon but havnt quite figured out how to register for the course. Hope its not too late. I am a tech level HAM operator which means I know almost nothing lol but I am looking forward to learning a lot more.

You need to email Scout to register. RTO is well worth it, as is ADV RTO and SIg Int.
When they are preparing for war, those who rule by force speak most copiously about peace until they have completed the mobilization process.
