Chef checking in. Hope I'm doing this right. I'm a foul tempered Luddite Chef from Appalchistan. I am one of Scout's Alumni and member of the Jamestown Society, Sons of the American Revolution and Sons of the Confederacy. I hate most Humans, but love dogs, food and the occasional college freshman. Ive done a lot of crazy shit in my life that I cant talk about, but for the last 16 years, I've owned several restaurants. I am a graduate of the school of hard knocks and heading to Law School as a 1L at age 44, if there is no nuclear war because I don't plan on cheffin when I'm 54. If I live long enough, my plan is to take it to the Communists that are in my states Judiciary. God Bless you if your reading this and God Bless America.

Greetings brother and enjoy the knowledge...nice intro and we will get back ta ya as needed...believe it or not this ex fla. swamper got through law school by cheffin and miss eatin and feedin people much much more than being a state and bank atty. Luddism is a favorite term for me also. Congrats on your surly character !

Hey, brother! Yeah, I am not sure what took so long, but what a great group of guys you got in here! I guess property values in the forum will be going down now! Always happens with rowdy neighbors movin in.
