Good morning...
New member... 20 year veteran of the wonderful world of Army Aviation, however my fascination is not limited to things that spin, things which require insane levels of maintenance, and things that evoke profanity.

If we give them a past, we'd create a cushion, a pillow for their emotions and consequently we can control them better."
Narratives control emotion. I stumbled across this forum and associated blog because there is so much experience out there and there are so many interesting perspectives of where we might go. For some of us, that direction might be bleak and outright dark, but there is strength in being challenged. Perhaps I might be able to contribute accordingly...
