I've had buckles for other things break with just a little bit of manly pressure.

Looking for good durable quick release buckles for 1.5 inch wide nylon webbing.

I dont trust Amazon, I trust person experience.

Thanks in advance

What about an austrialpin cobra? Pretty sure they sell a 1.5" version.

Cobra also makes a polymer 1.5 option; but I've had good luck with the ITW and Duraflex 1.5 standard QR buckles as well; only break when stomped on or slammed in car doors. Polymer cobra will survive either of those.

Buckles are meant to break away to prevent you getting snagged on something and being ripped in half worst case scenario, or ending up in a wheel chair, shitting in a bag for the rest of your life.

That being said, the best is the U.S. Army issue supplemental snap kit
Type 'Army Buckle Repair Kit" into a search engine.
The Marines have one too but it's impossible to find.

These guys have multiple colors

That one link didn't work, but here's one to the hardware page for buckles.
