Hey all, newbie checking in here. Been reading AP and listening to the podcast for some time, and finally signed up here. I took the Scout Course in March, learned a lot and had a good time to boot, big thanks to NCScout for putting those on!

Thanks guys! I'm in Southwest VA, can be in KY or TN in under an hour, but just have a few like minded friends into the type of stuff covered on AP and in NCScout's courses. Plenty of hardcore conservative gun owners but not many looking to actively prepare for the future as far as guerilla warfare and small team operations.

Yeah I definitely know where that’s at. I was born and raised in Russell County, grew up helping my grandparents on their farm. I did network cabling for a summer job in high school that turned into a year long contract, and now work as a mechanic while I try to sort out what direction my education and career need to take.

*For anybody who was at the course in March, I was the big young guy wearing ATACS and ALICE gear.
