How did you fare with with tornados a couple of weeks back? We just had a lot of rain and some wind, but was a pretty minor event. The Bolingbrook repeater typically runs a pretty good storm watch.

That's great to know, do you have any typical repeaters you hop on? I tried the Elmhurst Radio Club's one. No one ever seems to be on. Let me know and I will see if you're passing through one of these days, if you have a better repeater or frequency you prefer. Im on the 2M and 70cm bands for now
