Brus beater chest rig

Post by rdglide1450 »

Hey, when I went to your website I didn't see them listed anywhere. I heard NC Scout mention them. I was wondering what they look like and what is the cost?

Thanks,

Try UW Gear, it has been mentioned. Depending on what you are looking for I am guessing you are looking for something based off a type 56 or type 81 rig? Sorry for the short reply, late night early morning. search the website, you will find all sorts of information, base it off of your own needs. Cool stuff looks good, but get something to use that works for your your own needs, just a tool. I am no expert, not a salesman, see the utility in what it is. If a Fanny pack had a use for me, I would rock it under a cover…lol Hope that helps. Maybe get the thread rollin get some more info.

I know NCS has a split front Swamp Fox; it is one of his go-to rigs or so I understand. It is good kit; I got mine a few weeks ago in fact.
The slower I move, the more mags I need. Volume of Fire solves a lot of problems.

Thanks, I was actually looking at the swamp fox. Easier to shoot in prone with split front.

I've got one of his APC2 chest rigs, set up for my Mossberg 930 SPX. Well made and does what I want for that gun.

I also like the look of the Swamp Fox rig. Now that I'm on the bench, I'll have to save up a few bucks to buy it.

Should have gotten it when money was a bit more plentiful!

The Brushbeater version of my Swampfox rig just has 4 double mag pouches instead of 4 single mag pouches. I don't have them listed on the website. They are by special order. Just email me at [email protected] in you're interested in one.

I was in scout class trying to us old web gear. I had to constantly unzip to go prone. In your opinion does web gear wear lower than a chest rig?

Were you using something like a FLC?

Yes, I picked it up at a surplus store.
