Greetings from Apache Country

Post by TK421 »

Hey folks,

TK here (call me T!) from southwest New Mexico. We moved down here a couple of years ago from Montana, which is getting too damn crowded and expensive if you ask me. I was a commo guy in the Army but haven't done any serious single channel stuff for a long time. Between the books and the forum I'm drinking from the firehose. I feel like a young joe who's lost in the sauce!

I've got a pile of UV-5Rs, some SDR kit and a few other toys to mess around with while I study for my license. Thanks to everyone who's contributed to the knowledge-base here.
