Not sure if you are familiar with it but I used to run one of the RTFV Satcom trucks stationed at Malmstrom AFB in MT. I also used to work occasionally with Henry Aiken on that project if you know him?

Yes, very familiar. I helped write the CONPLAN for the RTF.
