The Reno area. I have family in CA, but they can stay there and live with the world they created. I hope you're in a good location or make it out before the state runs out of other people's money. I have a old friend up near Redding but he's 20 minutes away from civilization down some backroads that they could block of if they needed to. I don't trust Reno, we'll be moving away from here next year. I have Joel M Skousen's Strategic Relocaion book and I think I have a good location picked out.
