Online store

Post by Mech Medic »

What kinds of things would people be interested in if I did up an online store?

Pre-assembled IFAKS are probably the biggest one, along with IFAK refills with all the necessities (chest seal, israeli bandage, etc).

Second the refills pre pack. Many of the items in my current IFAK are short dated to outdated, and wearing on the sharper edges of the vacuum packed items. I expect the more I roll around on them the worse they will become.

This. Absolutely. The harder to get items at a decent price. I'm currently sneaking my orders in with a local Rescue Squad for pricing purposes.

Stuff that's harder to come by. Like a lightweight folding litter. IFAKS are a pretty saturated market, although I would make the argument that most are too bulky. So if you go the IFAK route, maybe consider two lines of them. One for those operating in austere conditions, and another designed for EDC. In that line of thought, a pair of chest seals that are packaged together (what goes in usually comes out the other side) in a manner small enough for a jeans back pocket would be nice. Even the small HALO seals are too bulky in the packaging to carry a pair of them comfortably. I like the WPS ankle IFAK kit, but it's too bulky as sold to actually be concealed.
